In addition to income properties that have been developed through our real estate development business, we also acquire real estate assets of various ages, enhance their value, and hold them for long-term income ("value-up properties").

In the case of existing buildings, we enhance their asset value by creating unique income properties through renovation, and the type of conversion that is most suitable for the characteristics of the area.

Such unique income properties, regardless of whether developed through our real estate development business or as value-up properties, are acquired and held either directly by us or by a special purpose company (SPC) that we form. We manage these properties to ensure that they generate a stable income over the medium to long term, by attracting good tenants and through other efforts.

We will continue to work to grow our real estate leasing and management business into a stable and profitable real estate solution, by diminishing the effects of external factors such as real estate market conditions and trends.
