Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

Our Group hereby declares the following basic policy to prevent harm caused by anti-social forces, which are groups or individuals that pursue economic gain through violence, intimidation, and fraudulent means.

• The organization shall collectively address anti-social forces and endeavor to ensure the safety of all officers and employees involved in such responses.
• To prepare for unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, the organization shall maintain close collaborative relationships with external specialist bodies such as the police, the Violence Eradication Promotion Centre, and solicitors on an ongoing basis.
• The organization shall sever all relations with anti-social forces, including any transactional dealings.
• We shall take legal action against unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces through both civil and criminal proceedings.
• We shall absolutely refrain from engaging in backroom deals or providing funds to anti-social forces.
