Information Security Policy

Tokyo Asset Solution Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) shall protect the information assets entrusted to us by all stakeholders, including our customers and business partners, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime. In order to fulfil the trust placed in us by our customers and society, we are committed to implementing company-wide information security measures based on the following policy.

Our Group will strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner, led by management.

2.Establishment of Internal Systems

Our Group will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security and will define information security measures as formal internal rules.

3.Employee Commitment

All employees of our Group will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure a solid commitment to information security.

4.Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

Our Group complies with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations relating to information security. We also strive to implement any necessary improvements promptly in response to changes in these requirements, to minimize risk.

5.Response to Information Security Incidents

Our Group will appropriately address any information security incidents that occur and work diligently to prevent recurrence.
